Terms of Service

By using SOUL Agency services, you agree to these terms. Our management services are provided on a partnership basis with terms agreed upon individually during onboarding.

Creators retain full ownership of their accounts and content. SOUL Agency acts as a management partner, providing strategy, operations, and support services.

Revenue sharing terms, service scope, and partnership duration are defined in individual agreements. Either party may terminate the partnership according to the terms specified in their agreement.

Initial inquiries are handled privately via WhatsApp. A conversation does not create a binding partnership until both parties agree to written terms.
